Intellectual Outputs

As described in „Objectives“, in the project three main outputs have been developed:

• Competence profile with regard to the changes in the working world 4.0 focussing on the fields of electronics and mechatronics. It is based on a literature study and an empirical study whose design and detailed results are summarized in the VET 4.0 Research Report. The concrete changes in the working processes have been analysed and the essence is represented by a competence matrix for VET students and a competence matrix for VET teachers and trainers.

• Training modules for VET students in the field of mechatronics and electronics and related fields which serve as a first access to the topic Working World 4.0 and which can be implemented without high investments.
• Training modules for VET teachers and trainers which are based on the ones for students and force the teachers and trainers to analyse and update their 4.0 competences.
